🔍 What you'll be doing:

- Ensure Store Directors/Managers maximize commercial performance and deliver exceptional Guest Experience.
- Establish a bridge between back-office and network of stores, continuously auditing and implementing corrective actions.
- Understand and cascade the brand strategy within the network.
- Implement marketing and CX strategies and programs.
- Control discount and margins to ensure business profitability.
- Monitor sales figures and stock at hand (Sell-Out).
- Manage potential shortages, review orders, and inform the merchandising team.
- Record, monitor, and analyze market trends and competitors' activities.
- Define sales targets per sales team member.
- Manage the P&L for the brand.
- Monitor brand performance and provide recommendations.
- Develop and motivate team members, ensuring transfer of know-how and a positive work environment.
- Monitor team members' performance and provide feedback and appraisals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-retail store locations.
- Adapt approach to diverse cultures across the Middle East.
- Oversee multiple locations across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain (50% travel expected).
- Result-driven, customer-centric mindset with experience in developing and engaging team members.
- Demonstrate personal resilience and adaptability to change.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license.
