Location: Dubai, UAE

Accel HR is hiring a Research Executive for one of their clients in Dubai. This role is ideal for freshers passionate about consumer insights, brands, and research. The successful candidate will conduct qualitative research, moderate focus groups, and assist in analyzing findings and creating presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand and document business objectives.
• Supervise and observe fieldwork to ensure quality.
• Assist the manager in designing research questionnaires and moderator guides.
• Moderate focus groups and translate questionnaires/guides from English to Arabic.
• Transcribe information from focus groups and interviews, and conduct content analysis.
• Interpret data, write reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Present research results verbally to clients (strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic is essential).

Qualifications

• Education: Psychology graduate, MBA in Marketing, or BBA in Marketing.
• Passion for consumer insights and brand understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mentality.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
