- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Follow up with customers for payments.
- Monitor and track overdue accounts.
- Assist in issuing invoices and billing statements.
- Resolve billing disputes promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Generate reports on collections.
- Communicate with customers regarding payments and concerns.
- Optimize receivable processes.
