📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage and oversee the financial aspects of our infrastructure projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

🔍 Responsibilities:
   - Prepare monthly payment applications with proper backup calculations, supporting documents, and drawings.
   - Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities for road and infrastructure projects.
   - Assist in preparing and finalizing variation orders and proposals.
   - Evaluate work progress for the preparation of monthly payment applications to consultants.
   - Summarize quantity takeoffs for major material ordering, variations, and contra charges.
   - Carry out measurements as per the standard methods of measurement applicable under the main contract.

🎓 Requirements:
   - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
   - Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in roads and other civil works.
   - Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
   - Must be currently based in the UAE.
