🔍 Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- At least 2 years of specific experience in a design studio working on luxury projects within the UAE.
- Profound knowledge of the construction industry and cost-control processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and precision in financial and quantitative analysis.
