🌟 Position: Quality Management System Administrator – Process Analyst
📍 Location: United Arab Emirates
💰 Salary: 7560 - 11340 UAE Dirham monthly

About the Role:
Responsible for developing Quality policies, processes, standards, and systems for the entire organization (UAE & KSA). Develop and sustain the Quality Management system in line with the required industry standards to ensure compliance with international ISO 9001 standards.

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining quality standards procedures, QMS Manuals, forms, and work instructions at every level throughout the group. Maintain document control within the QMS.
🔹 Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders in process redesign to decrease variation, improve conformance to standards, and generate Quality excellence.
🔹 Responsible for implementing and ensuring maintenance of Quality Management system certification requirements (ISO 9001: 2015).
🔹 Successful implementation of all Corrective and Preventive actions within the provided deadlines.
🔹 Evaluate Quality Metrics and KPIs, proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
🔹 Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities throughout the organization.
🔹 Analyze and optimize all processes and procedures for continual improvement.
🔹 Analyze and review all non-compliances, delays, and problems within the organization.
🔹 Develop appropriate statistical analysis and data for reporting.
🔹 Automate processes wherever necessary.
🔹 Customer/vendor liaison involving quality issues.
🔹 Implement changes/improvements within the specified time.
🔹 Maintain the Quality system for all the Certified group companies, client audits.
🔹 Create and participate in Management review Reports.
🔹 Plan and execute Internal audits (Audit Schedule, audit, reports, NCR, etc).
🔹 Review existing quality systems and suggest/amend/modify the system/procedures as required through approval processes.
🔹 Perform all other duties as assigned by the Group QHSE Manager.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills:

🎓 Minimum of 7-8 years in quality management system.
🎓 Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering (registered or licensed engineer preferred & advantageous).
🎓 International Quality Standard certification implementation experience.
🎓 Lead Auditor training certification a must.
🎓 Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
🎓 Quality experience required; mandatorily in ISO 9001: 2015.
🎓 Proficient in root cause and corrective action analysis.
🎓 Advanced proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc.
🎓 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🎓 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to plan, monitor, and improve work performance.
🎓 Demonstrates sound judgment, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
🎓 Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment.
🎓 Creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills.
🎓 Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintains confidentiality.
🎓 Detail-oriented, with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
