π’ RSI is Hiring!! π’ π Position: Quality Management System Administrator β Process Analyst π Location: United Arab Emirates π° Salary: 7560 - 11340 UAE Dirham monthly About the Role: Responsible for developing Quality policies, processes, standards, and systems for the entire organization (UAE & KSA). Develop and sustain the Quality Management system in line with the required industry standards to ensure compliance with international ISO 9001 standards. Job Responsibilities: πΉ Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining quality standards procedures, QMS Manuals, forms, and work instructions at every level throughout the group. Maintain document control within the QMS. πΉ Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders in process redesign to decrease variation, improve conformance to standards, and generate Quality excellence. πΉ Responsible for implementing and ensuring maintenance of Quality Management system certification requirements (ISO 9001: 2015). πΉ Successful implementation of all Corrective and Preventive actions within the provided deadlines. πΉ Evaluate Quality Metrics and KPIs, proactively identify opportunities for improvement. πΉ Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities throughout the organization. πΉ Analyze and optimize all processes and procedures for continual improvement. πΉ Analyze and review all non-compliances, delays, and problems within the organization. πΉ Develop appropriate statistical analysis and data for reporting. πΉ Automate processes wherever necessary. πΉ Customer/vendor liaison involving quality issues. πΉ Implement changes/improvements within the specified time. πΉ Maintain the Quality system for all the Certified group companies, client audits. πΉ Create and participate in Management review Reports. πΉ Plan and execute Internal audits (Audit Schedule, audit, reports, NCR, etc). πΉ Review existing quality systems and suggest/amend/modify the system/procedures as required through approval processes. πΉ Perform all other duties as assigned by the Group QHSE Manager. Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills: π Minimum of 7-8 years in quality management system. π Graduate of bachelorβs degree in engineering (registered or licensed engineer preferred & advantageous). π International Quality Standard certification implementation experience. π Lead Auditor training certification a must. π Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. π Quality experience required; mandatorily in ISO 9001: 2015. π Proficient in root cause and corrective action analysis. π Advanced proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc. π Strong verbal and written communication skills. π Strong interpersonal skills, ability to plan, monitor, and improve work performance. π Demonstrates sound judgment, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times. π Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment. π Creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills. π Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintains confidentiality. π Detail-oriented, with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
