Salary: AED 22,000 per month

Ultimate HR Solutions is looking for a Project Manager specializing in interior fit-outs to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renovation projects. This role involves managing design, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and controlled.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals. Lead project meetings for clear communication.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards through regular site inspections and supervision of contractors.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Maintain a risk register and address challenges promptly.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project).
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes, including building codes and safety regulations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
• Several years of experience in project management, particularly in interior fit-outs or construction projects.
