🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Engineer specializing in Oracle Fusion to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements and enhance our operational efficiency.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
   - Customize and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business needs.
   - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of Oracle Fusion applications.
   - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications, resolving issues in a timely manner.
   - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system configurations.
   - Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion features, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
   - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
   - Assist in the development and execution of training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of Oracle Fusion applications.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
   - Proven experience as a Product Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion applications.
   - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, including Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement.
   - Proficiency in Oracle Fusion technologies, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Web Services.
   - Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in Oracle Fusion applications.
   - Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, customization, and integration.
   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   - Oracle Fusion certifications are highly desirable.
