🏗️ **We're Hiring: Planning Engineer at M.S. Al Ghurair Construction** 🛠️

**Responsibilities:**
- **Develop and Manage Schedules:** Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed Project Execution Plan (PEP) with cost and resource loading.
- **Performance Analysis:** Evaluate project progress against the baseline and forecast future requirements.
- **Visual Reporting:** Prepare graphs, diagrams, and exhibits to show project status to stakeholders.
- **Budget and Timeline Management:** Ensure projects adhere to approved budgets and contractual durations, addressing any discrepancies.
- **Coordination and Monitoring:** Work closely with team members to ensure timely project progression, identifying potential delays.
- **Recovery Planning:** Create recovery schedules and perform time impact analysis as necessary.
- **Reporting:** Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly project reports as per client requirements.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Primavera software.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
