We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Team Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Oracle applications and systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle solutions that meet our business needs.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Manage and support Oracle applications and systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Oracle solutions that meet business requirements.
   - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle applications and systems.
   - Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
   - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
   - Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle applications and systems.
   - Stay updated with the latest Oracle features, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
   - Participate in system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities as required.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
   - Proven experience as an Oracle Specialist or similar role.
   - Strong knowledge of Oracle applications, databases, and systems.
   - Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle tools and technologies.
   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
   - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   - Oracle certifications are a plus.
