🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Payroll. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Payroll applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Payroll applications to meet business needs.
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system configurations.
   - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Payroll applications, resolving issues in a timely manner.
   - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of Oracle Fusion Payroll applications.
   - Customize and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll applications to meet specific business needs.
   - Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion features, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
   - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
   - Assist in the development and execution of training programs for end-users to maximize the effective use of Oracle Fusion Payroll applications.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
   - Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll.
   - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll applications and technologies.
   - Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Web Services.
   - Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in Oracle Fusion Payroll.
   - Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, customization, and integration.
   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   - Oracle Fusion certifications are highly desirable.
