🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager IT PMO to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in various IT disciplines, including Program Management, Portfolio Management, and IT Governance. Banking domain experience is mandatory.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Oversee program management, portfolio management, and IT governance.
   - Manage financial aspects including budgeting, capex, opex, estimation, and cost management.
   - Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.
   - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
   - Implement best practices and frameworks to optimize IT project performance.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT disciplines, including Program Management, Portfolio Management, and IT Governance.
   - Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, capex, opex, estimation, and cost management.
   - Mandatory experience in the banking domain.
   - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
   - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
