Job description
Role Description: To provide efficient data listing and coordination to Provis Leasing and Sales Department, business partners, colleagues, clients, and owners. Maintain high standards and best service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships and manage a large workload. - Collect units from homeowners willing to sell/lease through Provis. - Respond to listing leads and potential buyers/sellers promptly. - Assist in setting up listing appointments and consultations. - Work closely with sellers/buyers to negotiate contracts and achieve quick sales. - Prospect and generate new business leads. - Provide feedback to clients on their property listings. - Follow up on customer leads and requests promptly. - Collect pertinent data and documents from owners. - Negotiate with landlords and owners for exclusive and verified listings. - Address inquiries from various channels (emails, call center, walk-ins, calls). - Track and manage leads in the system, assigning to leasing executives. - Monitor and update system records for inquiries, deals, and offers. - Organize and file documentation for sold units. - Ensure customer inquiries are addressed within 24 hours. - Assist with telephone inquiries in staff absence. - Update print and online advertisements with the marketing department. - Update sales availability lists and prices. - Coordinate with portal coordinators for sales/leasing availability lists. - Cover for other listing agents or coordinators when needed. - Assist in unit key control and updating property portals. Other Responsibilities: - Work effectively in a complex, demanding, and fast-paced multicultural environment. - Provide extraordinary customer service and focus on leasing units to qualified applicants. - Prioritize maintaining excellent relationships with clients. - Present a professional appearance as Provis representatives. --- Education and Certifications: - Undergraduate or university degree. - Certifications in computer skills or software programs. - Training or certifications in related or general administration (advantageous). - 1-3 years of related experience. Experience and Skills: - Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. - High energy, self-motivated, and persuasive salesperson. - Prior sales or relationship-building experience, or ability to sell and develop business relationships. - Self-sufficient with good problem-solving skills. - Quick learner, technologically savvy, and able to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
