📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Produce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software, with the necessary level of detail as required at various stages of development: strategies, conceptual design, detailed design, and production information at pre-contract stage.
- Compile tender submissions and secure new work.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the architectural, scientific, and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory, or firm.
- Develop and manage the work of others.
- Clear communication, including the ability to write concise technical reports and contribute to conference calls, meetings, and workshops.
- Establish strong working relationships with other members of the landscape team and internal teams across the business.

📌 Additional Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality landscape designs from concept to completion.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical issues.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure all projects comply with UAE legal and planning systems.

📌 Experience:
- 15+ years of experience.
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
- Experience in detailed landscape design and preparation of tender documentation.
- Experience in contract administration, managing projects, financial control, reporting, and programme management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the UAE legal and planning system with respect to landscape architecture.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively.
- Experienced in AutoCAD.

🎓 Qualifications:
- Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, and/or Master’s degree.

🔧 Skills:
- Technical ability, knowledge, and competence to provide guidance to teach and develop junior staff, including as a P2C mentor.
- Experience as a Project Manager, including contractual, financial, and programme management responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary design team.
- Ability to assign, coordinate, and review the technical work of the department or project teams.
- Ability to recruit personnel and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence in required areas.
- Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, explain proposals, or present architectural or scientific research reports and findings.
- Oversee mockups, materials selection at post-contract stage.
