Position: Junior Planning Engineer (Civil)

Requirements:
- 🎓 B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of experience (preferred in UAE/GCC, especially Qatar) in high-rise projects.
- 💻 Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities:
- 📅 Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting under senior engineers.
- 🛠️ Coordinate resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- 📊 Track progress, conduct site visits, and prepare reports.
- ⚠️ Identify risks and delays; propose mitigation strategies.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate project documentation.

Position: Planning Engineer (Civil)

- 🎓 B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5-7 years of experience (4-5 years in UAE/GCC, especially Qatar) in high-rise projects.
- 🏗️ Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- 💻 Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities:
- 📝 Develop project plans and schedules with managers and stakeholders.
- 🔧 Coordinate resources for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- 📈 Track progress against milestones; prepare regular reports.
- ⚠️ Identify risks and delays; implement mitigation strategies.
- 💰 Monitor budgets and expenditures; take corrective actions as needed.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate project documentation; ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
