📢 Alpha is Hiring!! 📢 🏢 Position: IT Governance Analyst 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💰 Salary: AED 12,000 🔍 Job Description: Alpha is seeking an IT Governance Analyst for a client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 📝 Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. 2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance frameworks and recommend necessary changes. 3. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures. 4. Collaborate with IT stakeholders to identify and document IT risks and ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies. 5. Develop and maintain IT governance dashboards and metrics to track and report on performance, risk, and compliance. 6. Provide guidance and training to IT staff on IT governance principles, policies, and procedures. 7. Participate in IT governance committees and working groups to provide expert advice on IT governance matters. 8. Stay updated with emerging IT governance trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adoption of best practices. 9. Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of IT projects and systems to ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks and standards. 10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate IT governance audits and ensure timely resolution of any identified issues. 📝 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree in IT governance or related discipline is preferred). 2. Professional certifications in IT governance, such as COBIT, ITIL, or CISA, are highly desirable. 3. Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance. 4. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework. 5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective strategies. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
