MindPool Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager with a strong background in the banking domain. This role requires extensive experience in managing projects and programs related to mobile and internet banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage mobile and internet banking projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.
• Scrum Expertise: Apply deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to scaling frameworks. Preferred certifications include Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM, PMI-ACP) and AWS Cloud (Cloud Practitioner/Developer).
• Technical Leadership: Work closely with multiple teams across the bank, understand application architecture, and manage infra connectivity and third-party integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and timely reporting.
• Compliance and Security: Oversee technical application security, compliance, and audit requirements.
• DevOps Integration: Implement projects/programs with practical exposure to DevOps (CI/CD) and cloud/micro-services based projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: 14+ years in the Banking/Fintech/IT sector, with at least 4 years focused on mobile and internet banking projects.
• Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in implementing complex projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, digital channels, software development life cycle, and application security.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include Scrum Master and AWS Cloud certifications.
