MindPool Technologies is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join their team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high application availability and business resilience.

Role Overview

As an IT Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for IT applications and resolving user issues promptly.
• Coordinating with teams to ensure seamless system integrations and smooth data flow.
• Documenting processes and troubleshooting effectively.
• Evaluating application performance and recommending enhancements.
• Managing SLAs and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Leveraging digital systems and technologies to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain system integrations.
• Monitor and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with IT teams and system users on integration projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes.
• Assist in configuring and setting up new integrations.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues on Windows server virtual machines and manage Azure API tools.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
• Experience with integration technologies and protocols (APIs, web services, messaging queues).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket and incident management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and automation.

Experience

• 8+ years in technical support within the ITIL Framework.
• Previous experience in oil & gas or engineering environments is a plus.
