Are you a passionate HR professional looking to contribute to a growing company in Abu Dhabi? ADMAC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our employees.

📝 What You'll Do:
   - Provide comprehensive HR support, including managing employee relations, payroll (if applicable), and benefits administration.
   - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
   - Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
   - Manage employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
   - Maintain accurate employee records and data.

🎯 Who You Are:
   - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
   - Experience in HR management, policy development, and employee relations.
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
   - Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
   - Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.
