📋 Job Requirements:
   - Immediate joiners preferred.
   - Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in civil construction.
   - In-depth understanding of HSE-related policies and procedures.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
   • Conduct continuous inspections of project sites to ensure a hazard-free environment.
   • Assess and approve subcontractor safety plans.
   • Verify tools and equipment to ensure they are of good quality and safe to use.
   • Promote safe practices on site.
   • Create and enforce safety guidelines and safety programs.
   • Assist with the preparation of construction health and safety plans.
   • Attend project planning meetings and collaborate with construction managers.
   • Establish and maintain health and safety communication structures.
   • Test the effectiveness of site emergency response plans.
   • Continuously monitor all safety-related documents and reports to keep them updated.
