📋 Job Description:
Charter House is partnering with a client, a leading business consultancy organization, to hire a seasoned HR Manager for their Dubai office. This pivotal role involves leading operational HR activities and managing a team of HR and Business Support professionals.

🔍 Responsibilities:
   - Oversee all HR operations in the Dubai office and support HR functions globally.
   - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR and business support professionals.
   - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

📝 Qualifications:
   - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management.
   - Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
   - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
   - Experience in handling HR functions on a global scale is advantageous.

💵 Salary: Circa 20,000 AED per month

🕒 Working Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday.
