📋 Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles. This position requires a basic understanding of UAE Labour Laws and is ideal for someone ready to contribute effectively to our HR department.

🔍 Responsibilities:
   - Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
   - Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
   - Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
   - Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
   - Maintain calendars of HR management team.
   - Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
   - Assist with performance management procedures.

💵 Salary:
   - Up to AED 4300

📋 Requirements:
   - Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR generalist capacity.
   - Basic understanding of UAE Labour Laws.
   - Strong communication and organizational skills.
   - Preferred immediate joiners.
