Accel HR is seeking an experienced HR-Compensation & Benefits Specialist for one of their clients in Dubai. UAE experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist (5-7 years under a C&B manager).
• Develop and maintain a fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with the company's strategy and business goals.
• Establish a consistent compensation philosophy in line with the work culture and organizational objectives.
• Ensure that compensation practices comply with current market standards.
• Use various methods and data-based decisions for financial and non-financial compensations.
• Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
• Prepare reports, policies, and communication related to compensation and benefits.
