Job description
HR Administrator
Location: UAE
Industry: Human Resources
Job Description:
- Manage recruitment processes, including initial screening calls
- Coordinate shift scheduling in collaboration with Project Managers or Heads of Departments
- Maintain daily attendance records using HRMS software (Bayzat) and Biometric data in Excel
- Handle ticket and accommodation bookings for staff
- Maintain weekly compensatory time-off records
- Conduct onboarding formalities for new employees
- Manage employee personnel files and HRMS software (Bayzat) with accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation upkeep
Desired Skillsets:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR end-to-end processes in the UAE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
- Proficiency in managing the employee lifecycle and providing comprehensive HR solutions
- Thorough understanding of UAE and KSA employment laws and market practices
- Ability to navigate complex situations independently
- Strong communication skills for effective interactions with stakeholders, Heads of Departments, and staff
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with HRMS software, preferably Bayzat
