We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic **Health Care Assistant/Caregiver** to join our team. This role involves supporting our nursing staff and providing direct care to patients, helping them with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensure patients' environments are safe, clean, and comfortable.
- Provide companionship and support to patients and their families.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or Caregiver.
- A compassionate nature and a strong desire to help others.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A commitment to patient care and confidentiality.
