**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the pastry team to excellence, ensuring high-quality production of Lebanese desserts and pastries.
- Innovate and create new dessert menus that complement our Lebanese cuisine.
- Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory and order supplies while controlling costs.
- Train and mentor pastry section staff to develop their skills.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a specialization in Lebanese desserts.
- Creative and passionate about pastry and dessert making.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in Lebanese desserts and pastries.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
