Salary: Circa AED 70,000 per month

RSR is seeking a Head of Advisory for a global real estate advisory firm in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and Group CEO (based in America) to build a robust and sustainable revenue stream for commercial real estate (CRE) clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Build and drive solutions for complex real estate transactions and acquisitions, with a focus on business development opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
• Client Relationships: Leverage at least 10 years of valuable relationships across the UAE to secure business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial Approach: Work on an entrepreneurial platform that allows for personal growth, moving beyond the constraints of a structured corporate environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Currently working in one of the top 10 global real estate consultancies in the UAE.
• Deep working knowledge of the local real estate market and client demographics.
• Proven experience in driving real estate business development and solutions for complex transactions.
