   - Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

📝 Requirements:
   - Proven experience as a Head Chef, preferably in a British Brasserie or similar environment.
   - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team.
   - Creative culinary skills with the ability to produce innovative and delicious food.
