About the Role

As a Head Bartender at Cloud 22, you will prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. You will be responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and creating an exciting new menu. You will ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- A solid background in luxury restaurants or hotels
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confidence in dealing with a diverse clientele
