About The Role

Assess clients' physical and health conditions, create exercise plans, and monitor their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests/clients to the gym and assist with equipment use.
- Support the development and delivery of fitness programs.
- Assist members in reaching their fitness goals.
- Conduct initial assessments and monitor BMI.
- Track clients’ fitness levels and progress.
- Modify exercise plans based on needs or health issues.
- Oversee exercise routines and ensure client safety.
- Conduct individual and group fitness sessions.
- Run and supervise fitness and health programs.
- Maintain gym equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Provide First Aid and CPR if needed.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized fitness programs.
- Motivate and support clients.

Skills & Requirements:

- Fitness Degree
- 2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
- Knowledge of diverse exercises and client-specific adjustments.
- Outstanding guest service skills.
- Ability to instruct and motivate.
- Available for early/late shifts and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven CPR and First Aid experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with attention to detail and customer service orientation.
