🔍 About the Role:
Our client, a multi-national technology company headquartered in Dubai, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager. This role is critical in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
   - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
   - Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
   - Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with company objectives.
   - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical support to drive business performance.
   - Assist in strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing financial insights and projections.

📝 Requirements:
   - Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role in a multi-national company, preferably within the technology sector.
   - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
   - Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
   - Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
   - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
   - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
