🔍 Job Requirements:
   - Chartered Accountant [CA]
   - 8-10 years of UAE experience in finance operations and reporting
   - 8-10 years of UAE experience working preferably in a Trading company
   - Experience managing a team of finance and accounts professionals
   - Knowledge of local UAE laws (VAT, Corporate Laws), financial and taxation policies
   - Handling tax planning, local tax declaration, and submitting audit reports to authorities
   - Financial Analysis
   - Treasury and cash flow management
   - Budgetary Controls, Internal controls, and risk mitigation
   - Internal Audit and Compliance
   - Experience in preparing and managing the Capex budget, ensuring adherence to Capex policy and procedure
   - Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, including service providers, clients, bankers, and business partners
   - Providing strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management and project teams, supporting decision-making and business planning processes
   - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and SAP
   - Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
