Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow with expertise in the telecom domain to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and governance of ServiceNow solutions specifically tailored to the telecom industry. This role requires bridging business needs and technical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards like TM Forum (TMF).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy & Design: Develop and lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations focused on Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and Telecom Service Management (TSM).
• Telecom-Specific Architecture: Design frameworks for integration with OSS/BSS systems, working with business units to gather requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce architecture governance practices and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Integration & Transformation: Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with telecom platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in telecom.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, particularly TSOM and TSM.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and operations, including 5G, NFV (Network Functions Virtualization), and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, TSM)
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
• ITIL v4 certification [desirable]
