Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 60,000 + family benefits + education allowance for kids + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategic elements of the company balance scorecard and implementation guidelines.
• Establish Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and an Organizational Performance Management system.
• Coordinate with Division Heads at the Business Units to ensure the achievement of the company balance scorecard targets and timelines.
• Oversee the implementation of systematic management practices to assess, monitor, and improve the management of the balance scorecard throughout the Group.
• Prepare project analysis and company reports (periodical and ad hoc) for top management meetings (monthly and quarterly), such as MIS reports, to monitor and report on the progress of all aspects of the balance scorecard and KPIs for informed decision-making.
• Lead and manage the Organizational Performance hired consultant to ensure agenda fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience.
