ABOUT THE FUNCTION

The Customer Service Representative function assists customers in multiple capacities, including Parking Administration, Concierge, and Guest Service Operations.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Communicate in English; basic spoken Arabic is an advantage.
  • High School Certificate /Diploma.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE

  • Provide customers with world-class service to achieve defined satisfaction levels.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere with a pleasant personality.
  • Accurately answer guests' questions using provided knowledge.
  • Communicate any issues in the work environment.
  • Address grievances and requests professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies, including location/site changes and rotations.
  • Meet grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all Safety Systems are followed.
  • Be vigilant for suspicious activity.
  • Support management with additional tasks.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

Parking Administration Function (Parking Attendant):

  • Operate paid self-parking booths.
  • Accept and process parking fees using a computer-based cash register system.
  • Generate revenue reports and deposit daily revenue.
  • Prepare incident reports and assist guests with directional information.

Concierge Function (Shop and Drop Runner):

  • Keep and retrieve guest shopping bags following SOPs and safety practices.

Guest Service Operation Functions (Doormen):

  • Open doors, greet guests, and assist with directional information.
