About The Role:

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Concierge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel operations, services, and outlets.
• Be the point of contact for guests, responding to and anticipating their needs.
• Report to the Director of Front of House and Assistant Managers to ensure hotel standards are met.

About You:

• 🏨 Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a luxury lifestyle brand as a front office agent or concierge.
• 🎉 Present a lively personality to engage with guests and colleagues.
• 🏃‍♂️ Must live the brand concept, being active, with an understanding and love for sport activities.
