Al Ansari Exchange is seeking experienced Compliance & AML Officers/Senior Officers to join our team. We are looking for talented individuals with a strong grounding in compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) to support our AML/CFT programmes and contribute to our thriving organization. 📝 Requirements and Qualifications:
   - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the AML/CFT domain.
   - Good knowledge of Compliance & AML laws and regulations pertinent to the UAE financial industry.
   - Ability to deliver error-free, time-bound results.
   - Team player with flexibility to work in all areas of the Compliance & AML department, including flexible hours and shifts.
   - High regulatory awareness and updated with the Central Bank of the UAE directives.
   - Excellent command of written and spoken English.
   - Ability to learn and work in a high-pressure, multicultural environment with a positive attitude.
   - Bachelor's degree holder; compliance-related certification is a plus.
   - Previous experience in UAE-based exchange houses is preferred.
