Kingston Stanley is seeking a highly experienced CFO with extensive group-level experience managing multiple entities across various jurisdictions. This role involves overseeing financial operations, including funds, vehicles, and operational entities, within a group structure.

Key Requirements

• Experience managing large, local institutional groups.
• Strong understanding of tax, economic substance regulations (ESR), and transfer pricing across jurisdictions, including U.S. and Canadian entities.
• Expertise in consolidated cash flow management.
• Proven leadership in hiring, training, and building high-performing financial teams.
