**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure accurate product listings for new and existing products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure reliable product flow; improve processes and reduce discrepancies.
- Collaborate with vendors to establish efficient processes and SOPs.
- Work with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements affecting catalog management workflows.
- Conduct data-oriented analysis, adopt solutions, and manage process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple business lines on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
- Identify issues and opportunities in catalog/customer experience and respond accordingly.
- Analyze and share relevant metrics and best practices across the organization.
- Develop, test, and analyze new tactics to increase data accuracy and maintain high standards for customer experience.

**A Day in the Life:**
Understand guidelines for product listing in Ultra-Fast Grocery and ensure compliance. Dive deep into different systems and processes that impact customer buying decisions. Identify root causes for product detail defects, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities for automation. Analyze data, highlight gaps, recommend solutions, and drive inter-functional decisions.

**Basic Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas).
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Experience in problem-solving over email/phone.
- Fluent in Arabic Language.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS.
- Experience in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments.
