Job Description: To support the goal of providing our customers and dealers with a world-class experience. The Customer Service Officer assesses and recommends improvements in long-term operations and creative initiatives to enhance the customer experience. 📞 Key Responsibilities: - Actively call cold dealers and encourage participation in car auctions. - Achieve calling and lead generation targets. - Demonstrate good convincing and sales ability to close deals. - Answer calls, handle customer inquiries, route calls to appropriate departments, and document all call information according to standard operating procedures. - Monitor service levels and contact center volumes, making recommendations for real-time queue management. - Escalate and track contact center-impacting events such as system outages, access issues, and volume changes. - Ensure the contact center meets daily and interval goals. - Implement customer win-back strategies. - Execute CRM campaigns. - Create analyses and reports. Personality Traits: - Self-starter - Time management - Customer focus - Individual accountability - Team player - Quick learner Qualifications: - Arabic and English speaker. - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, including complex projects. - Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization and with external parties including customers and prospective customers. - Strong working knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Access, Word). - Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude. - Experience in a customer-driven environment. - Accepts responsibility, accountability, and takes pride in work. - Critical and creative thinking. - Flexible schedule, willing to work varied hours and days. - Telesales background is preferred. - Preferably with own visa.
