Position Overview:

Kingston Stanley's client, an expanding digital agency, is seeking a highly experienced Business Director to play a pivotal role in the successful operations of the company. This position requires extensive experience in the UAE and a deep understanding of the digital, social, PR, or creative agency landscape.

Key Requirements:

• UAE Experience: Extensive experience in the UAE is essential for this role.
• Business Director Experience: Must have held a Business Director position in a digital, social, PR, or creative agency.
• P&L Oversight: Proven experience in managing company-wide profit and loss (P&L), beyond just individual accounts or groups of accounts.
• Team Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrable experience in managing company-wide teams and employees.
• Strategic & Operational Planning: Solid experience in recruitment, improving business processes, and overall strategic and operational planning.
• Adaptability: Must be confident in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new high-tech offerings such as video, gaming, live streaming, etc.
