🔍 Purpose of the Role:
Join us as a Business Development Manager in the HoReCa world! Engage new clients, keep existing clients delighted, and boost our market share. Pitch, negotiate, and seal the deal while teaming up with marketing to craft attracting campaigns. Join us to make a significant impact in the hotels, restaurants, and cafés industry.

đź“‹ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify new opportunities.
- Handle client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the HoReCa segment, focusing on growth and market penetration.
- Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and improve product offerings.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Manbat's products and services.

đź“Ś Experience:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the specific needs of the HoReCa sector.
- Segment the market based on client types, purchasing behaviour, and preferences.
- Emphasize the partnership with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Showcase the unique selling points such as freshness, high quality, and competitive pricing.
- Use targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients in the HoReCa sector.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing, to generate leads.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking events such as with Emirates Culinary Guild to promote Manbat's products and services.
- Develop a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' needs and offering customized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Offer flexible pricing models and bulk purchase discounts to attract large clients.

🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

🔧 Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the HoReCa sector.
- Strong knowledge of the fresh food industry and market trends in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
