🔍 Job Description:
EmaraTalent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on behalf of a European Software vendor looking to expand their projects team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Aviation/Airports Technology and will be responsible for capturing requirements from customers and ensuring overall project success.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Capture and analyze business requirements from customers in the aviation/airports sector.
   - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
   - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
   - Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
   - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
   - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
   - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
   - Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the aviation/airports technology sector.
   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements.
   - Experience with SaaS solutions in the aviation industry is a plus.
   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
   - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
