Overview of the Role:
The Brand Experience Manager at Al Futtaim Electric Mobility Company drives impactful brand experiences for BYD and Polestar brands across various platforms including showrooms, launch events, exhibitions, and more.

What You Will Do:

📅 Planning Brand Experiences:
- Develop a comprehensive calendar of brand activations and sponsorships.
- Support the organization of internal events such as staff training and team-building activities.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld at every stage and location.
- Plan and execute sponsorships to maximize brand visibility.
- Strengthen community ties through regional and local partnerships.
- Integrate social media and PR efforts to amplify event impact.
- Organize customer and prospect events to build brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular evaluations and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior marketing managers to plan and execute product launches.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across all facilities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align events with brand standards and strategic goals.

📈 Projects Management:
- Assist in developing brand experience budgets.
- Oversee project execution ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
- Ensure technical feasibility and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
- Adhere strictly to company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills to be Successful:
- Events management or Automotive experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand experience management
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience

About the Team:
You will be reporting to GM - Marketing.

What Equips You for the Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in organizing brand events either on the agency or client side.

Job-Specific Competencies:
- Proven experience in organizing both large and small-scale events.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective communication with stakeholders.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
