🔍 Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP - Investor Relations / Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing investor relations activities and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. You will work closely with senior management to develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation in the investment community.
   - Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and other communication materials for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
   - Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
   - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
   - Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, and events.
   - Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company's website.
   - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations and financial reporting.
   - Provide timely and accurate information to investors and analysts, addressing their queries and concerns.
   - Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
   - Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field.
   - Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial modeling.
   - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
   - Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
   - Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, or similar platforms.
   - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations and financial reporting.
