🔍 Job Description:
Carter Knight is seeking an experienced Audit Manager for a growing hospitality chain in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience auditing various business functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Risk Management within the hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.

📝 Responsibilities:
   - Conduct audits across various business functions including HR, Finance, IT, and Risk Management.
   - Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
   - Identify and assess areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
   - Collaborate with management to develop action plans to address audit findings.
   - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented action plans.
   - Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
   - Ensure timely completion of audits and follow-up activities.

🎓 Qualifications:
   - Proven experience as an Audit Manager, specifically within the hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
   - Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
   - Experience auditing HR, Finance, IT, and Risk Management functions.
   - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   - Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are highly desirable.
