WE'RE® HIRING: ASSOCIATE LEAD BMS TECHNICIAN

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

  • Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works of BMS systems, including DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers and panels.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and commission BMS & HVAC systems and all connected equipment for BM connectivity.
  • Handle Gateway, IDF & MDF tasks.

• System Troubleshooting:

  • Troubleshoot system failures on all BMS Hardware/ Software systems/accessories with minimum downtime.
  • Carry out calibration tests between BMS system and connected equipment.

• Operational Duties:

  • Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster.
  • Perform CBMS work within the boundaries of the UAE.
  • Assist in condition surveys/snagging works of BMS systems when required.

📋 Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  • Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must.
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable.
  • 1 year/2 years ITI is a must or 3 years Diploma.

• Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experienced in the Electrical Engineering industry as a service technician handling larger capacity electrical installations and maintenance.
