We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for Italian or Mediterranean cuisine to join our vibrant team at LUIGIA. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction in our fast-paced restaurant.

🔍 Responsibilities:
   - Assist in managing daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit, and enhancing the customer experience.
   - Train and motivate staff to provide excellent service.
   - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
   - Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies.

📝 Requirements:
   - 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a mid-scale restaurant operation, ideally in an Italian or Mediterranean concept.
   - Exceptional communication skills in English and Italian.
   - Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
   - Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.
