**About the Job:**

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join the F&B Service Team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

🔹 Manage day-to-day operations ensuring service standards are met and followed courteously and professionally.
🔹 Ensure all guests are served as per brand standards and assist in growing the business.
🔹 Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain a network of regular guests.
🔹 Ensure efficient operation resources, routine inventories, and timely re-ordering of supplies.
🔹 Safeguard cash, complete paperwork as per company policy, and monitor cashiering functions.
🔹 Place orders associated with operations, F&B, refurbishment, culinary, etc., on time and in line with budget.
🔹 Understand General Ledger, highlight and investigate issues, and understand budgetary requirements.
🔹 Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and managing expenses to meet budgetary goals.
🔹 Suggest ways to increase market share and optimize profits.

**About You:**

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

🔸 Minimum of 2 years experience in an Assistant Outlet Manager role with a strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant.
🔸 Fluent in English; additional international language is a plus.
🔸 Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
🔸 Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
