Hire Rightt is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including exits, probation confirmations, and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
